Mini Phone Consultation
Meant for simple issues, such as scratching, getting on counter tops and tables, meowing at night. This mini phone consultation usually lasts around 30 minutes.
In depth phone consultation
This phone consultation usually lasts around an hour and is meant for people who do not want to opt for a home visit but still need more in depth counseling.
home visit
A behavior consultant will come to your house and take a look at the features of the house that pertain to the issue of concern. These visits can last up to three hours.

Our Cat Behavior Consultant: Sara CooksOn
"I have had a passion for animals my whole life and that passion became focused towards cats during my college years with the addition of my first cat, Phedre. Over the years I have adopted a few cats and fostered many others. I have been working in the animal sheltering industry for about seven years as either a shelter employee or a volunteer. For roughly 4 years I was the team lead for the Austin Pets Alive cat behavior team. I decided to focus my education towards the study of cat behavior as well and graduated with a diploma of Feline Behavior Science and Technology from the Companion Animal Sciences Institute.
My home is filled with plenty of furry babies and currently houses a large mastiff mix dog, four cats of varying ages, two rats, and a turtle. We spent years fostering cats as well and usually have had one medical foster or hospice foster in the home.
